"The service at this branch was excellent! Nita took care of my mother today and she was the sweetest with my children, kind, and professional. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers. Nita was absolutely the best specialist ever. Thank you :)"

"I don't bank there but cash checks from customers there an it always take 30 mins an I have to wait for them to "verify" the check, then get charged $8 to cash it. I don't understand charging someone to cash a check at the bank it's from"

"I can’t believe they don’t have a drive up window at this bank. I’ve never heard of a bank without a drive up window!!! So I go inside......always a long line backed up to the entrance and ONLY 1 TELLER! Are you kidding me? The personal bankers are nice and helpful. But that’s it!!!!! I’d recommend going to CHASE BANK! Always good service inside and out!!!!"

However, I wanted to take the time to write this review to highlight how nice and professional Melanie Stathopoulos was. She provided me resources to look into and even taught me a little bit about loans. This is something that didn’t benefit her at all, but meant a lot to me and I just wanted to share."
