"Amazing service!!Normally they do not do mechanical work, but my friend who knows the owner called them over the weekend and even though they were closed he took it upon himself to find the alternator I needed and got me a discounted price. He was able to fix my alternator at a very generous price at that too. What would have cost me over a thousand dollars at a different shop only cost me $100 plus the cost of the part with them. The fuse also blew while they were under my hood and he fixed that at no extra cost which took extra time but I still had my car back within a few hours. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"The owner is very unprofessional, and very unhelpful. Our vehicle was involved in an accident late evening once released from the hospital ,called to get a few personal items said"well your not ging tonight" advise him on the importance due to medication. Still refuse help. Had to call law enforcement to get items from my vehicle. After being told numerous times that they open up at 8 am. Show up to remove my vehicle again the owner greets with unprofessional attitude. Doesn't have an card access device. Refuses to file the tie bill with the insurance company. "This was one of my worst ever experience with an auto body shop. I rear ended someone in my truck and took it here for an estimate. For a few days, I went back and forth between my insurance company and this shop. Within a week, the insurance company approved my claim based on their estimate. I contacted the office rep and was told that she was waiting on the approval notification (email) and can't really talk to me until then. I checked my Insurance's website and noticed that the claim was approved and a check was in the mail. After nearly two days of patiently waiting for someone to contact me back from this shop, I called wanting to know the status of getting the repair work started. Initially I was told that they had not received the approval email and then I offered to forward my copy of the approval message to them. While on I was on the phone with the rep, miraculously the approval appeared in her email (I am sure after either really checking email or hitting refresh). After all of this, I wanted to know when they could start working on my vehicle. I was then told that they'll need a $2000 deposit for the non-refundable airbags that is needed for the repair. I told them that I don't have that amount at the moment and haven't received anything from the insurance yet. So then the rep seemed like she was willing to work with me on this issue and then things took a turn for the worst. She started to tell that the office was shorthanded for a reason that I can't remember. At this point I was tired of various excuses and delays that were giving throughout this ordeal and told that "frankly I don't care, I just want to get my truck fixed". She then told me that she was offended by my comment and hung up on me. It's been two days and I never heard back from anyone at this shop."

"Mike is honest and does excellent work. Due to high quality of service, his tow trucks are in constant demand and sometimes run late, but I would rather wait than have someone tow my vehicle and not understand what full time four wheel drive means with regard to rear tires revolving while coupled to chained-down front tires (even in neutral). Also, in the summer, any request for tow service on the Hwy 98 corridor means dealing with tourists and lots of traffic, both of which delay everybody, including all the tow trucks that operate in this area. I would rather deal with an honest man who does it right, so I always call Beal Paint and Body for my tow service and body shop needs."
