"Excessive handling cost for in-house shipping. Three watches shipped in a small USPS Priority Flat Rate box. Neely added approx. $40 to the actual shipping and insurance cost. REPLY TO RESPONSE: I did reach out to you looking for a more economical alternative and was simply told that the 3rd party shippers you listed would be even more and that customers always call you back for shipping after checking rates with them. Your shipping cost may be less than a 3rd party shipper, but that is their business. Are you in business to make a profit on shipping? I can understand adding an amount in addition to actual shipping and insurance costs to cover your shipping costs, i.e., employee labor, etc. But $40 is excessive for a small package. If you will re-read my review, you will see that I stated that an additional $40 approx. charge was ADDED to the ACTUAL COST of shipping and insurance. I went to the USPS website to calculate the actual USPS shipping charge including the cost for insurance to cover my entire purchase from your zip code to mine. What you charged me was approx. $40 above that."
