Florida Trust is an up front estate planning firm that keeps our family interests the priority, and not their fees. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is interested in having a long term relationship with someone who can show you the blind spots of estate planning and help you navigate through them. A popular trend we have come to learn is that most estate planning office are really just a service that a lawyers office is giving to supplement their revenues. Normally that's okay, however, they really are not focused on the specific task of estate planing and wealth management so things get missed and come out in probate where money ends up being claimed by the state or taken in lawyer fess or battled out in court between beneficiaries. FTS doesn't have that problem as they focus solely on estate planning. So they are better informed and better and responding to specific needs rather than only offering a blanket solution for every problem. We have a very customized plan for our family thanks to this office so that all our wishes will be respected long after we are gone."
