TOLD ME STRAIGHT OVER THE PHONE THAT THEY DONT Want to rent to me and hung up in my face.I was specific when I called and asked for I wanted and needed I would never ever in my life tell anyone AGAIN ABOUT THEM IM MAD AT THE FACT THAT IVE EVER EVEN REFERRED THEM TO ANYONE .maybe my voice sound gave that I was a African American female but not to be judgemental but that’s exactly what it felt like . I called back to ask the older lady ANNE what made her feel like it was professional as a business woman to hang up in my face she stated again SHE DOESNT WANT TO RENT TO ME , never met me and again she hangs up every single time I call they are rude I’ve rented through them in the past and they weren’t bad but this woman is horrible as HELL WITH CUSTOMER I WOULD HATE TO EVEN HAVE RENTED THROUGH THEM AGAIN KNOWING SHES THAT RUDE RACIST IS WHAT IT GAVE NOT ONCE DID I HAVE A TONE THE FACT THAT THEY DIDNT KNOW WHO THEY WERE RUDE TOO EVERY AFRICAN AMERICAN IS NOT RUDE AND GHETTO !!!!!! "I have rented 4 places from G-R. If you come with patience and respect, but sometimes you need to keep on it. They have a lot of old properties to manage. I always had a fair deal in a good neighborhood. The owners and staff are hard working."

"Terrible communication once you are a tenant. We have needed a new garage door, new ice maker, new dishwasher, and deck repair... we've been chasing the office to get these items fixed for almost 3 months now.-Sept 2022 Update Sept 2023: We are finally getting our new fridge installed this week. TBD as it's not done yet. Communication is still abysmal. When I was just on the phone with Erin, she not only proceeded to argue with me, but hung up on me. If it wasn't for the terrible rental market in town, we would not be using them."

"They are short on the phone basically rude I was trying to explain something very important to me but not to her she told me to stop talking. That’s no way to treat a customer but they are in too much of a hurry to care. I would not recommend them. The office looks like Something from a Stephen King movie. If you don’t have stellar credit you are wasting your time with them. I offered to pay for the whole lease term. But I guess they want it one month at a time. Never heard of anything like it. "THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I moved in without knowing somebody died next door and weeks into i heard things running through my walls. Guess what it is? Freaking rats from my house to the next house. I had to get pest control to take care of the situation. I got my deposit form back and yet they took most of my money. 250 for a paint job which just been painted before i moved in from the person having red bed but yet it still showed through the walls and you want to charge me. 100 for clean up when i scrubbed that place down from top to bottom. As well as a yard fee that wasn't cut when I moved in or taken care background included. But yet I have pictures because my next door neighbor mowed it for me before I moved. This place is a rip off and doesn't want to fix thing until after you move out and charge you. The picture with the bugs is my daughter's room this is how it was when i moved in there is more than one year worth of dirt etc in this door space. They don't care just want your money."
