"I was approached by a friend to meet with an agent for this company. I agreed as a favor. Met with their agent Josh for a zoom call and I was honestly astounded at how rude and condescending he was from the beginning of the meeting. He was pushy and started rolling his eyes when I declined to share personal information. It got worse from there, he started prying into my personal information even more and when I tried to tell him I'm not comfortable sharing personal info he became even more rude and was insulting about the info he did get out of me, like how much money I make and if I have any relatives that passed away. It was by far the strangest meeting I've ever had. Completely unprofessional and it felt very shady. I would not trust anyone from this company after going through that with their agent."

"Incredibly shady and the absolute worst financial organization I've ever worked with. Brittany Pelaez advised me to stop paying a debt from Bank of America, and work with their partners at the Mediator Law Firm. Well, Bank of America ended up suing me, and I was forced to file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I became homeless at the end of November of 2018 for about a month because of the bankruptcy. If I never met anyone from this organization, I wouldn't have stopped paying my Bank of America credit card, wouldn't have declared bankruptcy, and wouldn't have become homeless. Please stay far away everyone from this organization. I've already reported them to the bankruptcy trustee, my creditors, and the Federal Trade Commission."
