"Worst bank ever. I actually work for their local law firm and they tried to accuse me of fraud when I brought in a power of attorney for my dying father's. It even says on my pay stub I work for their lawfirm, and my job title right on the stub. I closed my account and they banned me for 5 years in response. These people are absolutely delusional. And they've lost around $200,000 in business since the incident. They need to drug test these people."

"If there was a -5 I would give it to this bank ! THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA I HAVE VISITED EVER, anything you're gonna do, they take one or two hours to assist you, the lines are hugee for transactions and the employees take forever. And the drive thru atms are old and freeze all the time, they throw your money out and they turn off & then yoy have to call and wait so they can fix the problem, abd again , it takes them hours to assist you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Just received horrific service from a gentleman by the name of Alberto. As a loyal customer of over 10 years I do not expect this from a bank which is in the SERVICE industry. Unfortunately my ATM card was compromised and I needed to fill out a fraud form. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. The only response coming out of this gentleman's mouth was NO."

"Great service if you don't need teller assistance. There is no live tellers here. Folks here only open accounts or upgrade or degrade account. Could not help me with a simple transfer between 2 business BOA accounts. Is I opted to wire funds and pay $20 that was possible. I just don't get this as a business owner."
