When my wife and I went to open a joint business account, she was constantly flirtatious and overly forward, with excessive makeup, touching her hair, and displaying inappropriate non-verbal cues. She never addressed my wife and didn’t even make eye contact with her; it seemed like she was only talking to me, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards her."

"Always confirm an appt online if you need personal service. This location is in a poor area and the clientele aren't savvy to internet banking so the lines are long. I rarely go into a branch anymore but when I do I schedule online."
