Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I’m really upset the teller in the business line was asking me personal questions about why I’m in the business line. I’m sorry I was not dressed up in my business attire and I don’t fit the description for someone who has the right to be in the business line. I’ve been making my deposits in the same BOA and many other in the same line for years and you want to interrogate me and give me attitude about why who and why I’m making this deposite for? I gave you my id, I have my deposit slip filled out clearly and precisely and you still want to take time out of both of our days to ask me why I’m making this line? You guys need to do better than that. The 3 other Hispanics I front of me were greeted with a smile and a hi and good bye that’s it. No asking them why are they in that line. But since I don’t fit the bill you want to give me a hard time. You guys need to have the same consistency in all your backs if that’s the case. I will not recommend or return to a bank that profiles me."

"Very very slow sometimes I wish I was a bank teller but I be like no never mine I understand needing help but waiting over 2hrs in a line and still not to the front yet is alot then I still couldn't get my rent paid people getting antsy in line from the long wait wow"

"Worst location ever. To make a big amount withdraw and wire gotta wait for hours to do. And to accest to safe box for emergency items take almost an hour . Recommend put ur money somewhere better than this one."

"I've taken sometime to sit down and get my thoughts together about how embarrassing and poor managed this location is. I've been a Bofa customer since it was Nations Bank and NEVER had issues with any of my personal accounts. However, all that changed when I was transferred to Homestead and had to use this branch for our business transactions, deposits and change orders... There wasn't one day in 3 years that I didn't spend minimum of 45 minutes to an hour in line. Majority of the time only 2 tellers and the line reached all the way outside of the building under a relentless Florida sun and at times under rain. Why? why do you put your customers thru this ? just look at the google ratings of this branch 2.4, embarrassing. The drive thru was taken away and the business teller too, so there's is no choice than going inside. But God is great after 3 years of raising our voice and complaining our company as a WHOLE decided to migrate to a REAL BANK where the every day customers and taken care of right across the street with better service and with a business drive thru. But not everything is bad, the tellers are great and also frustrated, but they show up to work, do a great job and still smile at your customers. We are gone and we are not looking back, this location needs BETTER management that inject positive energy and boost the moral. I will still keep my personal accounts with Bofa since I rarely have to go into a branch to do any transaction. Read the google reviews, wake up and stop the disgrace that is happening at this location, if you don't care about your customers, do it for your employees, they deserve better. STOP embarrassing yourself and do something about it, your employees and customers would appreciate it. RIGHT NOW I WOULD GIVE YOU A ZERO, but it's not available."

"This is how bank of america nickel and dimes their paying customers...... no drive thru ......... only two tellers to handle over 20 to 25 loyal customers at any given time. They should at least change their name to Bank robbers of America. These two beautiful ladies came in 5 years ago today to open an account and have knitted over 1800 sweaters and caps for their grandchildren they haven't met. ."
