"They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. You have to go to the bank for service. The people are kind but I need to be able to call my bank and reach someone. I've gone in and seen no customers and then called from the parking lot and no one answers. It's fair to expect more. I spoke with manager. No change. Seeking new options so I can pull my business."
