"I went to this location to make a same day wire transfer, and the process was a bit complicated, however the manager went out of his way to make sure that it was done correctly, also even though there were other people, he did the best to take care of my needs as quickly as possible, thank you so much."

"I've been to this location four times and all four times I've been rejected to deposit a check. These people don't know their own rules. This week I went to deposit a pretty big check from an insurance claim settlement. The teller had no idea what do with it. My mortgage company (which is another bank) had endorsed the check already, the teller told me that I needed to get another stamp to certify that their original endorsement was official. I told them this wasn't necessary because on a previous occasion when I needed this to happen in wasn't necessary. She took me to see the manager, the manager didn't even stand up to greet me, she said I needed to get it certified or I couldn't do anything. I said, just run the check if it bounces it bounces. She declined my request and told me to not tell her how to run her business. I said how come every time I come into this branch its always an issue, she said 'maybe every time you come into this branch you don't bring the required documents'. I left, from the parking lot opened my mobile app, tried e-deposit and in about 10 hours the funds were available. These people are INCOMPETENTS."

"WORST teller experience in Weston indeed. I asked the manager is there is any help because there is only one teller and the line is at the door. The manager ignored me and then gave me attitude when I spoke to her and said we only have one teller when there is 3 employees walking around. Never will go to this location again. If you want to wait an hour to be attended by a Teller by all means but avoid coming here."

"I see a lot of negative posts. However, I feel that I get treated with respect and personal attention. Sharmina is the very best banking assistant I have ever dealt with in my life. And being in business for 35 years in South Florida that says a lot!!! One post said be prepared to wait a half an hour to make a deposit. Bank of America has every way possible to make a deposit within minutes even by taking a picture with your cell phone. So grow up people and be grateful for the people that work hard in the bank and are genuinely caring!!!"

"So far the most horrible client service (teller experience) in Weston. And this is not teller's fault, tellers are nice and friendly, the problem is that this brunch has very few people to provide you teller's service, and manager is just observing a huge line walking or standing instead of helping the teller to serve clients faster. If you don't have much time to spend at the bank, go to another one."
