"Defective Used Tire and Poor Service I visited the store on November 3ed, and purchased a used tire for $65. The following day, my vehicle began to shake even at low speeds. Upon returning to the store four days later, the staff suggested the issue was due to alignment, despite the fact that the shaking did not occur with my spare tire. Further inspection at another tire shop revealed that the tire sold to me had a bubble, which is likely the cause of the shaking. When I confronted the worker in MD New & Used Tires about this safety concern, they refused a refund and instead offered a 25% discount on a new, more expensive tire, which did not offer any real financial relief compared to other stores. This experience has been disappointing and costly, not just in monetary terms but also in time and safety. Please be cautious if considering purchasing from this store, I don't recommend it."
