"If this agency could get zero stars they would. The owner Mary is equally as incompetent as the employees. Failed to follow simple instructions regarding policy changes. If you use this company they will screw up your insurance. No clue. Frank is the most incompetent professional I have ever felt with in any business. Don’t like the answer he got from me so went behind my back and called my wife to sign off on a policy just so he could slam home some commission because he didn’t like the answer I gave him. Does not listen, does whatever he wants, leaves his clients hanging so he can go home early. Almost blew a home purchase for us because of his laziness. I have to send him numerous emails to get a response and then have to basically hold his hand and constantly check up on everything he does to get anything accomplished. Out of all the insurance agents on the planet find anyone else."
