"Bought my 4 tires here, came back for the rotation service that is included with your purchase, with appointment made 2 weeks before, and the only person there to do it extremely rude ignoring me when I talked to him, had to look for a supervisor to get job done. Never coming back to this bjs tire center."

"Always knew this place was a rag operation. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 9am. Showed up at 8:45. Waited, and waited, and nobody showed up. Left at 9:30. Got home, and at 10:30 got a call from the tire shop confirming my "10:30" appointment. No apology, nothing. Clearly, they don't care. Never going back. Hard to believe a big operation like BJ's has such poor management."

My technician was Cesar Rodriguez, who was a very nice guy, the young man who serviced my vehicle was courteous, well-mannered, and efficient. He explained everything as he went through the process. When I attempted to assist him with something simple, he politely refused and assured me he could handle it...and he did. The total process took about 30 minutes for me from the time I arrived.
