"I was approached by panhandlers as soon as I parked. My tax preparer was kind but not knowledgeable. Jackson Hewitt has become very greedy over the years. I was double charged last year and didn't make a dime in 2021 because I was laid off from my job in 2020. They still charged $179 but I had to do it to continue health insurance. Was approached by panhandlers when I was walking to my car to leave. My one star is for Jackson Hewitt as a company not necessarily this office but I will not be returning next year. Will be doing my taxes online for free from here on out."
