"M. Cooper. The rudest manager. If telling a customer that they must not have common sense and not understand basic math (when I’m a year away from graduating with my Accounting Degree) is in the handbook of acceptable customer service—- then M. Cooper is the man to see. If telling a customer that they cannot check the funds of a check because it’s a Saturday and no one else is open (yet I went to another branch and the manager there was able to check the funds just fine) —- then M. Cooper is the man to see. If complaining about another manager at another branch, so the customers in the bank can hear you; and then coming out of your office and taking the frustration out on the customer—- then M. Cooper is the man to see. If you would like to get yelled at, as a customer, when you leave the bank—- then M. Cooper is the man to see!! Shame on you. Maybe this is not the industry for you—- maybe any industry that deals with people… is not the right one for you."
