"Went there for tire rotation and oil change. I also told them about a noise coming from what sound like the front wheel. They did the oil change and tire rotation and told me that the noise was the driver side wheel bearing and quote me $1200 to replace both front driver and passenger. i scheduled to do it the following week. after couple days driving the car, i had a warning on my dashboard that says the oil lever is overfilled. Took it back to them.They told me they drained it again and put the correct amount. Driving the car again for a day and the warning came back under filled. It was one quart less than the normal measure. Went back again and they added another quart. how can you Mess up something as simple as a routine oil change!!! I decided to take the car to another reputable mechanic for a second opinion on the noise coming front the front. After they put the car on the lift and run it, it was so obvious that the noise was coming front the front differential not the wheel bearing. The differential was low on oil and after filling it, the noise went away. Cost for the repair $150. its my belief that Mavis tire knew the problem was the differential but quote me for the bearing in order to rip me off. I would never come back to this place and would never recommend this place to anyone."

"I was experiencing a low tire pressure in my left front tire for a few weeks. I was getting ready for an out of town trip with my car and at 5::00 pm, I contacted Mavis in Deerfield Bch to ask them to look at the tire. I was informed that they stop taking cars at 5:00 pm; however, Sam the store manager said to get there as soon as possible and I got there at 5:15 pm. I was advised the tire was too worn to be repaired. After further review of the tire and the other three tires, it was best to replace them all, after all my car was almost 6 years old without any tire issues. Sam gave me a fantastic price and had all of his technicians attending to my car and I was out of there by 6:00 pm . I will definitely be a future customer of Mavis Tires in Deerfield Bch Fl."

"Was visiting a friend in Deerfield and when leaving I noticed my front tire pressure was really low. I stopped in just as they were about to close and Alex and especially Sam went out of their way to help me determine there was no nail in the tire and kindly checked and filled all my tires so I could safely drive my car home back to North Palm Beach County. i highly recommend them. What a gem to find such truly helpful people in a busy world on a busy weekend day."

"I saw a nail in my tire this morning and went right over to Mavis in Deerfield Beach, Mike the manager greeted me and checked out my car, pulled out nail and no leakage, checked all my tire pressure, all good. The total time there was less than 45 minutes. Great customer service here. I highly recomend"
