"One star for unresponsiveness to a simple question, asked two or three times, and for leaving me--the mobile notary--with a FedEx bill. I have never known a notary to be left with the courier bill. UPDATE: One month has passed, no response, and the independent mobile notary in Virginia is left with a FedEx bill of $59+ for the client. Thanks, Cooperative Title Agency of Florida. UPDATE 1/13/24: Called the title company 3 times; even told them that a notary shouldn't be left hanging with a FedEx bill, especially since their business would pay next to nothing for the same bill since they ship in bulk. No, the one-woman notary service was left holding the bill. I would not recommend Cooperative Title Agency of Florida because they're unethical."

"Unfortunately, this company is a scam and is involved in deals with scammers like Florida Cash Homebuyers. It's been 3 days since we are trying to get buyer's escrow deposit back on a contract that does not have any valid ground because whoever signed it on behalf of the seller did not have a right to do so. Aaron Schneider who has this file would not respond to emails, phone calls, of voicemail. Today I finally got a hold of him and instead of providing me with any information on the file, he hung up on the phone saying "he is done with this conversation". I hope the authorities will become aware of the fraudulent activities Aaron is covering and will take appropriate actions to protect the public from scams in which a title company is cooperating. I now see where the name of this company is coming from!"

"My elderly mom had a very bad experience with this title company. The buyer did not do a legitimate inspection. I thought the title company was supposed to remain neutral. In my opinion a certain employee is working with the buyer when it COMES to the 15 day inspection rule. If the buyer does not do a legitimate inspection within the 15 days they are supposed to give the seller the deposit. The employee at the title company called the buyer and I called to inquire and that I was filing a complaint. The problem got worst from there and I will take further action against buyer and thus title company"
