"PROS: Nice staff and comfortable waiting room seating indoor and out. CONS: Long wait time on the day I was there. Had an appointment and they couldn't look at the car until 45 minutes past the appointment time (which is understandable - they were busy). They were thorough and friendly and the location is convenient."

"Don’t walk away from this place. Run!! They destroyed my Porsche rims when removing the balance weight. Looks like they did it with a knife!! (Photos attached) They didn’t even put the new weight on straight.. Was the tech drunk when he did it? Looks like it… Worst of all, there’s no corporate number to call..?? Really disappointed."

"I had an excellent experience with this Tire Kingdom location. I chose the location because of the positive reviews. The manager (Johnson) was very helpful and competent in ordering two specialty tires for me and has good customer service skills. The installation was done properly and was finished on time. They called to let me know it was done. They were also able to repair my tire pressure sensors and asked if I was satisfied with all the work at the end. I will definitely go back to this location for my future tire needs."
