"Dealership is run by crooks. I was charged $1,600 for some ESS package on a new vehicle that was never installed. I called the sales manager to complain and he was rude and total scum. I just read the other reviews and see many hundreds of others were also scammed. I will be preparing a class action law suit this week against this dealership and Ford this week. Anyone that wants to join please reach out to me. I will fund it all."

Tom the service manage manager communicated with me the entire time with updates and I found this to be extremely professional. I no longer use the courtesy vehicle and make my own arrangements. Much improvement has been made and this service department does all that it can within their scope when I have to use them.
