"I suffered for 4 years and he did ZERO!! He’s a disgrace."
"Mr. Feinman is a lawyer who should absolutely be avoided. He doesn't respond to emails and appears completely disinterested in helping his clients. RED FLAG !!"
"Steve Is a great attorney! I have retained Steve for 20 years to help me with my unstable ex husband. He knowledgeable fair and really cares about his clients best interest. In a bad situation he made everything right. Thank you Kim"
"I have used Steven Feinman for my legal needs for over 20 years. I have had very professional and competent attention, with excellent results. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you need an attorney."
"He is a disgrace to the Nova Southeastern Law Program. Beginning with him, he handled my case doing the absolute bare minimum required by professional standards for lawyers. When you have him handle a traffic ticket, you sign a contract with him stating you allow him to plea on your behalf as he sees fit, acting in your best interest. He has a duty to act in your best interest. I was surprised to see he pled on my behalf for a ticket I was told by both him, and the cop who wrote the ticket (and did not witness the infraction he wrote the ticket for) that the ticket would be dismissed for that reason. I am unaware if the cop even attended my court date. He did not make a motion to have my ticket dismissed. He rather, took my money, plead for me to pay court fees and attend driving school -- all which exceeded the amount of the original ticket. I hired him because I did not have time to go to court, as I am attending law school during the day and had final exams at the time of my court date. I put my faith in this attorney and was substantially disappointed as a result. When I received the agreement, to my surprise, I gave him a phone call which has not been returned EVER; and it has been over a month now. His assistant is extremely rude and has an attitude each and every time I call the office, despite the fact I have been neglected as a client for over a month. She is rude and sarcastic, "Maybe I should come in and meet with him", I said. "Yea, why DONT you do THAT!", she sassed me. I cant believe the lack of professionalism in this office. It is unreal. I am going as far as to filing a grievance with the bar. If I could give him ZERO stars I would; but I think a "ONE" gets the point across. Additionally, I was told he wasn't returning my phone calls (after the 3rd week) because he was waiting on my driving record. I was further informed by his assistant that he plead the way he did BECAUSE of my driving record. So, tell me, did he have it before trial (one would hope) or after, and he was avoiding speaking with me? Finally, when I told his assistant I was in law school currently, she responded, "Oh good, so am I", yet she proceeded to offer me legal advice, and advised me to "just go ahead and pay it" (when I informed her that because Mr. Feinman was taking so long to respond to me, the time allotted for me to complete the sanctions were nearly expired). As a law student, you should know, you are not allowed to offer legal advice until you've passed the Bar. Again, perhaps this is just another reflection on the lack of ethic found in this firm, and the lack of professionalism by the attorney and his assistant. Represent yourself or find another attorney. Don't give your money to this joke!"
