"All reviews are 100% accurate. Poor customer service, they have no education whatsoever, very rude and arrogant. HR must be non-existent on this company, or they don't even work. Worst financial in the market. I'd recommend staying AWAY. If they could, they would charge every generation of yours even after you paid everything. "Id give them no stars if i could! id agree with every other review on here. thought everything was fine until it was time to pay they had "no record" that i left the dealership with insurance. LOL now it has been a month of back and fourth and waiting 5 days every time to hear some random sorry lie or excuse, the customer service reps know what there doing and lie there rude. they will not change anything on there behalf dont bother trying to speak to and manager nobody willing to do anything. my cars total payment is $11,500 higher then its supposed to be. fraudulently charging fees and are totally willfully negligent in fixing there on purpose mistakes or to do anything, i've yet to see another company as special as these ppl"
