"This mount dora location refused to cash a check that was drawn on Bank of America. Pretty bad when a bank won’t even cash their own checks!! Stay away!"

"The Mt. Dora location (adjacent to Lowe’s) is hands down perfect. Truly a top notch welcoming atmosphere. Very hospitable, attentive staff and extremely exceptional. Manager of the Mt. Dora location - Daniel was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during my most recent visit. While not every situation can be controlled and there will be clients (patrons) that aren’t going to be completely satisfied; the Mt. Dora staff puts in 110% effort 100% of the time and won’t give up until they can rectify any concerning issue that arises."

"About a week ago, I went to the bank to request a letter reference, once inside I look around looking for someone to ask what to do in regard the letter or to get an explanation on what to do. I sat down waiting for someone for at least 20 minutes finally one of the guys sitting in a desk stepped up and approached to the waiting area where he asked to the people waiting if we were help. Finally whe he approached to me I explained to him the reason why I was there and he replied sayin ok not a problem that’s very easy to do we will send it to you via mail and then after that another 40 minutes passed by so finally this lady that I saw walking around back and forth for an hour approached to the waiting area and saw another person who arrived with an issue with a credit card and this lady asked for this customer information and proceeded to call this person when I was there for hour and half already. I m not sure if my request was not a priority but I don’t believe that I have to wait too long to obatain a letter that’s not right, I am a customer from this bank for more than 22 years plus. Terrible customer service"

"What a great bank! It was a busy Monday and the bank was super busy. The manager Daniel Hughes was incredible. He made sure to greet every person who walked through the door and address what they needed. He went above and beyond for my husband and I AND every person who walked through the door. He looked like a multitasking master. There is no better bank manager around I can guarantee you that."

"I have tried to contact them for two day over the phone with no answer all day. I went in to see the manager regarding a local business check that was made into my account and teller stated fund would be available the next day. I went to check balance and a hold was placed on funds then they sent me email later that night. Manger said he would look into he never called me and he stated he doesn't have any one to answer phone."
