"Horrible; constant mistakes, slow services, boa credit card fraud. They reopened credit cards consistently after we requested them not to and we did not sign for the card. They don’t know what they are doing. For example, drive thru windows closed years ago but this site says they offer it."

"Bank of America has good Drive Through as some locations. But their ATM system in Florida is the very best. From a wheelchair a person can finish the task necessary in much shorter time than entering the location."

"Jessica was Fantastic from the start. Making sure we know everything Bank of America has to offer and making sure we understand it and how it can benefit us short and long term. She is very knowledgeable and concerned that we have what is best for us. Including enlightening us on services that are available to us for the way we manage our money. She knows that not all customers are the same, we all have different needs. I loved her concern for what fits us best. She is very patient. In no way did we feel rushed through and out the door, and yet not trying to give us a lot of unnecessary information that has no value to us. She is great at what she does but I can see her in a much Larger role with Bank of America. She soo obviously loves what she does but I would be surprised if she isnt promoted to another position. She is absolutely excellent!! Myself being in a position of overseeing several businesses, I would, without a doubt, be ecstatic if she was on My Team. "When visiting this area, we always would did business with the other northside BoA branch. It was convenient to I-4 and we could easily jump on the Interstate and head back home to the east coast. Well, they closed that location years ago. Now there is ONE location on the northside. We now have to deal with US 98 North to get to this branch. Not fun! We have gone here twice. Both times a line out the door. This last time, I wanted to discuss opening another account. I was told to make an appointment. I really only have two or three questions. So I called instead. Nobody answered so I guess I have to request an appointment in order to request an appointment. So I picked a random branch and called and got right through and had my questions answered. I also asked the associate if the big shots at BoA are aware of the horrendous customer reviews with this company. He blamed Covid. That's convenient."
