To start, Felicia sent three different emails about the intake forms not being received and then that she had found them in a span of about 35 minutes; the consultation was not on time and no one had reached out to say there would be a delay - my coworker had to reach out; Sid asked questions, ignored what was being said or did not fully listen, then asked for the information he just ignored.
