"I've never heard of a bank not cashing a check that was drawn from them. I had a check that I wanted to cash and was told I couldn't unless I had an account. 1 1/2 hours later I had an account and was only able to take out a small portion. I went back a few weeks later to take the rest of the money out and was told I can only have a cashier's check. After some back and fourth they agreed to give me the cash and said it will be in all 20's. Teller never gave me a receipt and when I asked she made a photo copy and gave it to me. After comparing the amount she withdrew from the account and the amount she gave me, she shorted me $500 which I had to bring to her attention and she corrected at that point. Bad place to do business with, especially this location. Save your time and go next door to mid Florida credit union where all the staff is very friendly and courteous"

"This Bank sucks. Never heard of a bank that wouldn't cash a check drawn on their own bank. Won't be using Bank of America anytime soon for anything"

"While Bank of America is getting fined by the Federal Government because of fraud, a liar by the name of Boris Zeldin had lied to me by telling me that Bank of America does not offer Notary services to its customers more than a year ago while I've getting my documents notarized almost every month at different locations. He was very rude and arrogant with a very heavy English accent. How customers should trust that location with their money while a very unprofessional man, a liar is claiming to be the manager of that location? Bank of America has to do better with the people that represent and speak on the entity's behalf. I should have paid more attention to the very low star rating of that location. Individuals like Boris Zeldin are not qualified to be even a cashier at the bank."
