Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

"There are never enough staff taking care of customers. You wait forever (30 minutes or more) just to make a deposit. Don’t be fooled if you see 3 or more staff. Every time I have been here they ignore waiting customers. Usually only 1 person is working with customers. I have never had a good experience here."

"This branch is absolutely the worst I come in on a Friday one person is working behind the counter and this is not the first time and the drive-thru is never open I need quarters and 20.00 in pennies they said I could get 5.00 she came back with 3.00 in pennies and said thats all she could give me I had to drive 14 miles to get to this bank so I really need more than $3 in pennies to get me through the weekend I really hope my company cancels all ties with Bank of America they are absolutely the worst bank to bank with"

"Your money is not safe here. Beware of Bank of America they sell your information to different parties in different countries which leads to fraudulent activity. They will give you your money back that scammers take, then a week down the road say you owe the bank that money. Plus they close at 4pm, what bank closes at 4? Screw BOA I will never return."
