"Our accountant had recommended David Graff as a financial advisor. We had a phone consultation with him in early August 2021. We went over our retirement funds, our bank accounts, and our spending, and said we would like to meet about our wanting to retire. He said we met his office qualifications, so we met with him a couple of weeks later. We went over our retirement goals, and he said everything looked good for retiring and said he thought we were a perfect fit to work with him. He told us to go home, and when we were ready to move forward to give him a call. He said he would want us to do a budget so he could come up with the best financial plan for us, said he has a great template for one. I called a few days later to let him know that we were ready to work with him. His assistant said she would have him call us. I waited a couple of weeks with no call, so called again, and asked about the budget he wanted us to work on. She said she saw that after we left, the budget had been left on the copier. She said she would mail it to me. When I got it, I filled it out and brought it to their office and told the assistant I never heard from David Graff and we were ready to move forward. She said he would be in later in the day and she would have him call us then. He did not so I called the next week and she said she would have him call me. Three months later, we never received a call. I assume that for some reason he decided we were not a good fit, as he had called us, but he at least owed us a call and explanation. We would have been fine with that and would have found someone who wanted to do business with us, however with no call and no explanation, the only thing I can say is that David Graff is not professional, and we are thankful that we did not entrust our life savings to him and Edward Jones. At this point we could never trust our investments with Edward Jones and especially David Graff."

David is articulate and is an excellent communicator regarding my portfolio!!! David always has my best interest regarding my IRA. David is an Asset to Edward Jones.
