"I was attended by Amelia, Jonathan and Christopher. Amelia was super helpful and willing to solve my problem. Jonathan quickly started my Wire process and Christopher helped complete it. Great team work!"
"The employees are not equipped to handle complicated tasks. Only one person out of the team of 6 or 7 people could do a currency exchange. The one person was busy with another customer. The other employees available said to use my mobile app. I wanted to talk to a human being, why else would I be waiting for over 40 minutes. I had to leave. Complete waste of time."
"Went to this location on Newberry rd to cash a check, customer service I would give a zero. After waiting in line because there is never no more than one maybe two tellers I hand the guy my check(im in work clothes I look ruff from working) the first thing that comes put his mouth is "you have to have funds in your account that will cover this check if you don't I can't help you" really? That's how you great a customer, I honestly felt he judges me by looking at me. I told him to give back my check and I left. I'm so disgusted with bank of america."
"This Bank of America location leaves everything to be desired. They have absolutely no desire to provide any semblance of a good customer experience. One of the reasons I use this branch location is because it's one of the only ones around town with a Drive Through Teller. When you're sick, in a rush, or have a dog or child in the car, it's best to use this feature. The staff sometimes refuses to use the drive through, and will come rudely tell you that you'll have to come inside. The teller Shannon Jayne has a very smart mouth and she is allowed to use it with clients at her leisure, even when the branch manager David Bulley is in. Time to pull my money out of Bank of America, and I'll make sure it's this branch who will have to cash me out in full."
"Love the bank. But not this location. Stopped by to make a cash deposit on my lunch break. I already had everything filled out so it should have been a quick transaction. I pulled into this bank and there was a line of 6 people waiting to use the only ATM outside. So I opted to go inside as I was on a time crunch. There was a long line of people inside & only 2 tellers. An associate greeting customers said it was the lunch rush (if that's a typical lunch rush, why only 2 tellers?). I waited in line for close to 15 minutes. During this time a 3rd teller appeared & had called a few people to her window to help. As it was my turn, the 3rd teller finished with the customer & I walked up to her window & she walked away. O waited a few minutes and she didn't come back. The two other tellers both noticed me but continued to call other customers out of line to their window. All the while a bank manager was walking around literally doing nothing. So I was forced to go outside & use the ATM & wait another 10 minutes. Worst customer service at this location."
