"Have used Tires Plus since relocating to PVB, FL, IN 2022. Their services on our Lexus Rx350 have been EXCELLENT since day #1. They are efficient; professional; knowledgeable; consumer focused; informative as to progress on service; respectful of customer's time; courteous; explain work and the car and what might be down the road in future service visits. Can't ask for anything more as a service business. Thanks to ALL the staff both in the office and in the bays."

"Took my wife's Mercedes GLK in to have new tires installed--I bought them elsewhere. When she got the car back it was riding rough, so we took it back in to see what the problem was. They re-checked and adjusted weights...it still rode rough. So we took it back again, and it turns out that two of the rims were bent, but she hadn't noticed it before because the rims wereon the rear of the car. They put them back on the rear, problem solved. Long story short, these folks spent hours figuring out the issue and didn't charge us a penny more, even though it turned out that it wasn't their fault. Highly reccomend this shop."

"TiresPlus seems to have some very bad and good reviews so i’d thought i’d share my experience as they really helped me out. I have a 2019 F250 that was recently in a crash and needed an alignment bad, i brought it to Tire Kingdom / Mavis and it was left their for 4 days and they kept saying they would get to it, after the 4th day they decided to tell me they could not get it done. TiresPlus did an INCREDIBLE job and got it done within the day, although they gave me a call saying they wanted to try and clear some of the lights on the dash and I could pick it up the next day and they would do their best to get those off. I was more than happy to wait the extra day to try and get those lights off the dash as it would save me a trip to the dealer. Overall my experience was just as it should be, no upcharges, I would recommend for any alignment."

"Tires Plus has the worst customer service in any establishment that I have patronized. Do you think it's reasonable to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change when the Mobil oil was not even stocked when I arrived for my confirmed appointment? After one hour of observing my Corvette on the lift, nothing had been done. After 1.5 hours, I was told by Bob that they were short 2 quarts of oil and it was being delivered in 15 minutes. After 2 hours, the technician stated that they didn't have any of the oil in stock, contrary to the previous statement made by Bob. I was passed from one employee to another, all of whom were grossly incompetent. After waiting 2 hours and forty minutes for a simple oil change, my Corvette was done. I dealt with the following people who lied to me every step of the way: Christina Peters, Sal Gutierrez and Bob from another store. The manager, Jon Hummer, was unavailable. This complaint is being filed with the Florida Department of Professional Regulations. Filthy store"
