"I have used the St Augustine Discount Tire for all of my vehicles until today (multiple thousands of dollars). I have a high end 69 Camaro show car, that I built, which needed the rear tires replaced. The tires had dated themselves while the car was being built. I took the rims with the old tires and a new set I had to get off Amazon. Discount had the ones I needed on back order. When picking them up and making it home I realized they had damaged one of the rims. On a car like this the only solution is 4 new rims. The rims are not made anymore in that exact style. I understand that is probably out of the question. The managers response was denying that they could possibly be at fault. I said I probably have pics of the wheels without damage from a car show the week before. The cars public debut. He said do you have them from today before you brought them to us. I didn't think I needed to take pics of my property that they were going to work on. Lesson learned. The implied conversation with him was that I brought them a damaged wheel. I got home and inspected both rims closely. They damaged both rims. One rim is worse than the other. On a car like this, damage like this is unacceptable. I have attached pics of the damage along with the photos of the car. I don't damage my stuff. Stay away if you value the finish on your rims."
