"Dishonest. I will get to that part. First I want to commend the female that works there. She knows her stuff and does an excellent job. I set my appointment up with her. Tires and brakes. When I got there another worker switched the sale from her to him. He didn’t do anything and he stole her commission. When I saw her she pulled up the order and switched it back. So they put the tires on and called me about some items they “found”. They said my rear struts were leaking. They also said my rear brakes were seized up and I needed new calipers, new rotors, and pads. I declined the work, printed the TP quote, and took my vehicle to Honda. Honda said there is nothing wrong with anything on the list. Said the struts were fine (see pictures of bone dry struts) and the brakes looked like they were new all around. Tires Plus tried to rip me off for $2,200 for work that did not need to be preformed. I will never use them in the future. I hope the female mechanic finds a legit place to work."
