I wanted my money back to get a new tire elsewhere already on hold because the 1 sold to me from Jq shop was outdated and worn out about to pop wear and tear and I had to drive to Atlanta that day. He said "no refunds" and when I asked to see the policy he said it was inside hanging up in the garage of course where the customers werent allowed to begin with. Unprofessional by sitting in front of the fan all 3 owners tallomg to me from across the parking lot never moved towards my car to see the problem as if I got all day to wait as I'm the customer with the issue then when the lady and guy finally do move 20 minutes later they have attitudes and talk over me while I'm calmly explaining the issue. Dont buy from here. I don't even see why they still have a business going with junk."
