"My wife took her Jeep in there for a transmission fix. The lady behind the counter said she’s been there multiple years but the amount of incompetence that came from her was beyond understanding. She wrote out an estimate and told us she would order a transmission have it in within a week and call us in for payment when completed. A week later we called someone and else answered explaining we never paid something up front. That was never explained to us and the paperwork we signed was conveniently misplaced as was the email we were supposed to receive. Having been nervous about the money we were supposed to just hand over the guy reassured us that our transmission will be in and done in no time. And he was very apologetic over the original person miss leading us. Fast forward another week. We get a text from the same girl asking if we had a copy of the estimate that was rewritten. They misplaced their copy YET AGAIN. Once submitted she explained there was a clerical error and we were to pay an additional $2000.00 if we wanted our Jeep fix that by this time has been there for 3 weeks. A business is as good as the service you give. As good as the name that represents it. Having to have to pass this daily at home all I can do is be disgusted with the ignorance behind the counter"

"Friendly and passionate about upgrading cars. It took a little longer than my true desires, but the mission is complete. The only negative is that I got my car back with one missing lug nut. Overall, I was happy with the service I received. The mechanics were knowledgeable and they gave me a good discount. It is a very busy shop, and you should always inspect your car after services."
