I've already taking my vehicle to a Chrysler dealership I told them. If you can't give me something as simple as an estimate I asked for it. There is no way I'm giving you my business. "Called and asked for an estimate to replace ac compressor.. he said about a grand off the top of my head. I asked to give him my phone number and call me back with a better, accurate estimate. He said after he finishes his 20 cars ahead of me, that he's a one man shop and now he's on the phone, again about a grand. The price is great but his lack of assistance and customer service makes me feel like he's just to busy. People be careful with exhausted mechanics who are always stressed and in such a rush. I'll be going elsewhere, as I don't like $1000 estimates off the top of there head.. when they're done, it'll be $2000"
