"I was looking for a tire that was used for my BMW I3 that is hard to find so I called a bunch of places and I ended with these guys who confirmed me that they did have the tire in stock and even quoted me a price. I headed over there as soon as I could, since one of my tires needed to be changed stat because it was about to pop after I get there I spoke to the guy on the phone again and he confirmed the price for me Minutes another gentleman came in started telling me that didn’t have the tire. I’m trying to get me to buy a new one that would take several days to get there for a price much higher than I could’ve bought a new one on my own. Not sure if this was some sort of beaten switch, but in any case you shouldn’t confirm and quote a price on a used tire that you claim is in stock and then all of a sudden within the next hour after driving on a bad tire to get there being told that they don’t have it anymore. For this reason, I will give them one star for not only wasting my time, but for pulling some sort of fast one or at least trying to hopefully I can find the tire or I may have to bite the bullet and pay full price for a new one, which I would do except I am pretty broke right now, lol"

"Anytime I show up I don't even wait 10 minutes before they're ready to take my car. Tires/flats, alignments, engine flushes, oil changes. They're fast, fairly priced"

"Never go to this shop. First they have you standing where they are working the chairs are placed outside were the tires are removed complete OSHA violation we’re any customer can get injured. They sold me 4 tires with one being an a different brand when I went to the office to discuss they said close the door your letting the air out completely rude and un called for they said too bad these are used you get what you pay for. I took American forces wheels and they scratched my rim entirely. Go anywhere else and pay the extra money and avoid this place entirely. They said we can’t balance these wheels because the tread. Horrible customer service they take your money and make you have to solve your own problems."

"Had an oil leak, took it here, two months later I find my oil is leaking again and find they glued parts in my car."
