"Worst company! Do not get your tires changed or anything car related with them unless you want to be scammed. They will break your things just to charge you more. Horrible service, customer service is ZERO. All they care about is making a small 17$"

"If you value your life, go someplace else! On Friday Sept. 10th 2021 I went to Tries Max located at 5333 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166 at 11:39PM and after waiting approximately 30 min. to be seen I was given David (I believe that’s his name) to patch my tire.. There was a visible screw on the main tread (around the 1st inside groove). He was able to take the tire off the car without much assistance needed but struggled to take the tire off the wheel (rim), I noticed he was struggling with the machine that does this, to the degree two other employees came an assisted him with this task. Once the tire was off he cleaned out the inside, lightly sanded down the area with the hole that he previously marked, and put on the patch. Then needed help again putting the tire back on the wheel using the machine but was able to do this without much other assistance. He put the tire back on my car and I drove off, went around the block for a few minutes to see if everything appeared OK. So far so good so… I went back to my office which was only 2 blocks away. But, later that evening I went to my 2nd job in Wynwood and when leaving there around 7:30pm about ½ way home to Miramar (about 18miles) I noticed some extreme vibrations coming from the rear of the car. I decelerated and continued home but well below the speed limit because I could feel something was terribly wrong. It felt like an egg was in my tire, even at low speeds of 10MPH or less there was a prominent wobble or bump felt. >>> Sat morning I went to Firestone and had them inspect what was wrong and was informed that >> Without many options I purchased a brand new tire but kept the old one expecting the Tire Max owner / management to take responsibility of the damage their employee did. The young lady at the counter even acknowledge that this young man (looks like a teenager) was a new employee and still learning. Yet despite her telling me that in front of the owner, they still accepted no blame or responsibility of the risk or damage done. The tire could have easily exploded had I not been observant and quick with getting it inspected. --- I wasn't expecting them to give me a free tire or even reimburse me fully, but at least own up to what you and your staff are responsible for!!! You could have at least given me a refund for the patch and say sorry, instead they treated me like I was the problem! DO NOT GO THERE !!!"
