"I unfortunately got a nail in my brand new 2023 ELANTRA passenger front tire several months ago and had it repaired where I live in Fort Myers. I’ve been staying in Miami visiting and the past week or so. The tire began losing air progressively getting worse so I decided to find a tire repair shop Nearby and attempt to see if anybody could do another repair on it. I called several places with no answer, and this shop was the first to answer almost immediately, and even just from the phone call I was immediately pleased and confident in this business. I drove several minutes to the shop and met the owner , who was honestly the kindest business owner and most professional and honest person I have ever done business with. He not only went above and beyond with a very difficult repair, but managed to save my almost brand, new tire while having genuine good hearted conversation with me throughout the entire time I was there. As a bonus, I met his two Rottweilers, which are my favorite breed, and , another dog that he recently saved from being abandoned on the street. You can tell this husband and wife duo doesn’t only care about their business, but genuinely cares about every customer that walks in to their shop and goes above and beyond and out of their way to assure perfect service and satisfaction. Thank you so much for the experience it was more than I could’ve ever asked for Fur And , the price was more than reasonable and half of what I would’ve paid back home and what I paid initially on the first failed repair.
