"definitely i wasted my time with GUSTAVO CASTILLO CPA, at the beginning you can communicate with him without any problem, but after i did my first payment everything was a complete disaster. I sent to him every single paper he requested, but he seems like he doesn't look his email because never answered properly, requesting to me the same documents again and again. I am a single mom, i have a dependent child, the tax declaration is very important to me in order to get my tax refund, i thought GUSTAVO CASTILLO CPA could help me with this but i was wrong. He made me waste a lot of time and money. Unfortonely i don't recommend him to anyone."

"this is the worst service i've received since my arrival to this country. I was almost a month doing my tax declaration 2020 with him and it was a nightmare, I sent to him all the paperwork in order to finish my tax preparation and he didn't read it, he has a very slow response, takes forever to know about the status of your work with him, most of the time he doesn't answer phone calls texts emails and this is after the first payment! I tried to reach him several times he keeps asking to me for the same paperwork wich I've sent to him 2 weeks ago several times, besides that he has no shame, he sent to me a final request of paperwork otherwise I will be responsible of finish the declaration all by myself. Is this a joke? I did the whole payment for his service and after that he block my cell phone and didn't answer my calls, text messages, email. You want to have peace of mind? Don't do anything with him! I have proof of everything, trust me is the worst service I ever had in my life."
