"I was excited about booking for my taxes this upcoming year given their awesome reviews. -Called on Tuesday 12/27 to make an appointment was told that the person that makes appointments for Jorge Rodriguez would call me to set up as she is the only one that knows his availability. -It is now Thursday 12/29 no one has called me. Called the office and spoke to the receptionist which told me that I would have to speak to Yainelis to book an appointment because they offer packages with prices for first time clients and that she wasn't available today and would not be able to call me until next Tuesday. I will sadly have to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately having a new client wasn't important enough for them."
