Reviews of Consumer Credit Card Relief
"CCCR is the best company to help you find debt relief options."
"This company helped me find a way out of debt. I am very happy I chose to go with them instead of another company."
"I called in to see about the services and once the young man realized I was not going to allow him to pull my credit, he hung up the phone on me. I wanted to come here to check the reviews first. I'm glad i did."
"I started working here and I liked the service so much that I became a client. I had 33,000 in credit card debt (after I broke my leg, lost my job and paid some medical costs using the credit card's zero percent cash advance). I'm in the program now and I make one monthly payment. I expect to be cleared of debt within 5 years, maybe sooner, and I can pay it off sooner if I like. As a client, I am really happy. As an employee, I work with people who know how to help people through the debt settlement process. I encourage others to learn about the difference between debt consolidation (which is a loan to help pay off the credit card balance, and then you pay interest on that loan... and you need the discipline to NOT use the credit cards until the loan is paid off)... or debt settlement, which freezes the cards and there is no more interest and the CCCR lawyer helps negotiate a lower payment. I have learned that there will be a small tax to pay on the amount of the debt that I am forgiven... I looked up the Credit Card Debt Relief Act 2010 "The purpose of the Act is to give consumers with over $10,000 in unsecured debt, who are facing financial hardship, a real and legitimate option for achieving debt relief. Since creditors and card issuers receive nothing in a bankruptcy filing, they are eager to work with genuine debt settlement companies to collect at least some of their money back." It sounded good, so I signed up and I'm in the first month of the program. I encourage readers to learn about debt settlement. Here's another point: "Moreover, the borrower can, at any point in time, choose not to continue with the program and in such a case, all his or her funds have to be refunded. The FTC debt settlement provisions also make it mandatory for the companies to inform the concerned customer about the negative effects, if any, of going for such a program." I was treated fairly in the process of signing up and I like it so much that I have written this review."
"Received cold call even though on do not call list Understand that many affiliated companies share information. But I opt out . Polite customer service to start till I started asking questions about there company. Many of the answers were not truthful. When asked for company numbers where I could call them back I was told they are never given out. We would handle it on phone right now. Their CS Agent did give me correct company name to look up on Google. A website came up with company information on it. When information was refused I basically ended call and wished the gentleman to have a good day. I also asked them to remove my number from their dialing directory., I guess we will see if they do.."
