"One of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had! Curt = greatest employee to ever meet/interact with. Make sure you ask for him people! I went here because my car was just making the weirdest noise and shaking when I drive at certain speed. The problem was fixed almost immediately. I described the problem to the employer Curt and he was able to get an idea to the problem at hand. Once he checked for himself he came back to me and explained EXACTLY what was happening, the process he was going to go through to fix it, and the cost. Going to car places usually gives me so much anxiety because I always feel I don’t know what’s going on and like I’m getting scammed. This place and SPECIFICALLY this employer were just amazing. He was very patient, helpful, and he sure knew what he was doing when it comes to cars. He quite literally deserves a raise.
