"Ken and John stole the profits from our estate sale that was completed in January. After numerous calls and attempts to obtain a company of our contract, we still haven’t received that as well. These men were in our home and around our children with the intention to never fulfill their end of the contract. John advised on the first day of the sale, profits were approximately $4300 and on the second day $600. We collected $0.00 of that to this day. And the contract, that we never received a copy of, detailed their allocation of profits of 40%. Imagine having an estate sale, with a majority of your belongings sold and never receiving a penny from it. I cannot express further dissatisfaction and distaste with this experience. No matter what response Ken or John issues, they cannot deny the mere fact that they took the profits and NEVER attempted to mail out the check. It is impossible to have a conversation with Ken as he plays the role of a narcissist very well. There is victimization in his behavior and an arrogance of superiority. Pay attention to how he responds to any reviews that describes a negative experience with him and his business. There is no accountability expressed. Oh, in addition, and my mishap for not looking into it further, the BBB accreditation on their website is just a copy/paste of the logo."

"Very disappointed with experience, man running the sale was rude and disrespectful. last day was not 50% off on most items. When negotiating pricing he stated “why would I sell it you when I could sell it myself”. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his bad day cost him a future buyer."
