"Ben dubas has been handling my wife case he is unprofessional does not keep his word by returning call my wife has did everything the company ask for and the company has still yet to send my wife her money all he tell u is I have to get with my team call u back later. Were at a point of calling a laywer we feel scammed."

"I was recommended to Luis Escobar by a friend. I needed a certification of my taxes by a CPA that was already prepared by my accountant, who was not a CPA. I spoke to the secretary on several occasion letting her know the importance of me communicating with the CPA because it was a TIME sensitive information. The secretary told me that it was no problem that he reviewed the material I had sent him and that there was no problem. I emphasized, to the secretary, the importance that the certification to be done in seven days, if not I was going to lose my license to operate. On day 5 I called the office, and the secretary assured me that everything was OK. I requested to speak to Mr. Escobar to no avail. On the seventh day I called the office several times requesting the certification and the secretary sent me an email stating that before Mr. Luis Escobar could proceed, he needed 15 thousand dollars to be deposited. He never ever returned my call. Not once. I do NOT recommend this CPA. He is not professional and does not deal in good faith. I will report him to the DBPR."

"I did my taxes with Luis for years, and I've never had a problem, but this year was a completely different experience. It took months of me constantly calling to get my taxes done. People at the front desk have no idea how to help you but they won't connect you with the person that is responsible for processing the taxes. I was constantly told by front desk that they would talk to the person who was working on my taxes and they would call me back, but they would never call me back, so I had to call them back next week and they would say the same thing. That repeated for months. It was disrespectful, unprofessional and aggravating. I was also told multiple times that my taxes would be ready with days and they would contact me to sign and that never happened as well. It got to the point where I wasn't sure if my taxes was going to be filed."

"Unbelievable been going here for 10+ years with no issues until past few years, refunds going back 3 years still not paid, My Name was mis-spelled with IRS and SS# causing me not to receive refunds for past 3 years, and possibly affect SS payments. I am writing this in Feb 2021 and my 2019 taxes are still not filed, this is hopeless, phone calls not returned can never get on the line with Luis, something is not right here Have no idea what changed here, but it is not good"

"Please beware. I trusted this company for years to do my taxes. I received a notice from the IRS and handed this over to CBS as they prepared all my documents. After months of no communication I set up an in office appointment. I was reassured time and time again that they were working on my issue. After a month or so and no communication I set up another appointment to go see them. Once arrived they stated they needed my power of attorney. With no issues there I continued to trust them. Now over a year later, I have another company helping me figure out a $50K issue with the IRS that CBS has caused me by never contacting the IRS. This problem which could have been very simple but it looks like CBS did EVERYTHING wrong with my returns and since they never contacted the IRS I am forced to spend thousands of dollars trying to fix this and in the end I may be helpless in this when CBS is completely to blame. DO NOT END UP IN A SIMILAR SITUATION LIKE MY FAMILY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSTITUTION."
