"I have no idea why my review of this business keeps disappearing. This is a legitimate review, and my experience was real. On June 19, 2023, we spent about 10-12 minutes with Mr. Rene, as we were looking to find a new accountant. I have never met a more condescending person in my life. Rene was rude, and argumentative for no reason at all. I was beyond shocked at his attitude. I do not recommend this business."

"I have had HOA billing issues which I have needed to address with Rene and Associates. Twice now I have been transferred to an unnamed individual in the organization who has responded in a very condescending and insolent manner. She will not listen to my concern at all, but insists on talking over me in a rude and sarcastic manner. She has no idea what my concerns are because she does not listen; just preaches."

I have found them to be exceptionally professional and always accessible. Each and every person in the office from the receptionist all the way to the top is always kind, considerate and ready to accommodate any and all my requests and questions and will dedicate as much time as necessary to make sure I understand everything as I am not an accountant in any sense of the word. I cannot say enough good things about Rene & Associates and have told my board I would never continue in the position of Treasurer without Rene & Associates.
