Despite my previous unpleasant experience with this law firm, perhaps due to my limited understanding of legal provisions as a non-professional facing litigation for the first time, the outcome was highly satisfactory. "David was by far the best representatives of the three I have spoken with at your firm. I spoke with one who just said they will send me an email of receipts. One who was totally not focused on the conversation, and again said she would send an email. FINALLY 3rd call and 10 -14 days later I got David who advised, educated and we were able to resolve and come to an agreement. If I had him the fist two times this would be a 5 star. But took off two due to the past two reps that were of no help and left this situation unresolved longer than necessary and now has me wasting time by going to court because they mislead me and did not do their job to get this resolved sooner and have everything signed and done.
