"Came in to get 2 tires installed on my car. I watched the employee who assisted me take the tire off and try to put the new one on and despite not knowing how to work the machine. He forced my tire back with a crowbar and ripped the beads. He told me to wait until another worker got back from his lunch break and he could fix it. The other employee was able to get both tires on but I guess was not informed about the ripped beads. The picture is what my tire looks like two hours after leaving. In addition to this, the worker who did not know how to install the tire asked me for a tip three times when I went out to my car for his “work.” I can tell this place has a good management and very good employees, I was just unfortunate not to get one."
