"I made an appointment to repair some curb rash on my alloy wheel. I met the owners (Bonnie & Vincent) at their shop, and I can say they are both very nice people. Vincent completed my wheel repair in about 45 minutes, and I was really impressed with his work. I could not tell where the damage was on my wheel after his repair was done. "I hit a large volley ball size chunk of concrete on 301. It ripped a chunk out of the sidewall of my tire & bent my rim!! After replacing the tire, it was leaking air due to the damage to my rim. I submitted 3 requests for quotes with 3 different companies. Custom Alloy Rim Repair/ CARR was the first to reply & the only one with the availability to drop off my rim immediately. Vincent did an amazing job with the repair and even though they were super busy, they had it finished the next day!! I would highly recommend anyone to call or text them if you need a repair! Even if it’s something you might not think can be fixed, send them a photo or bring it in! So worth having it repaired compared to replacing it!! You can see in the before & After pics what an incredible job they did! At a fair price! So happy with their service and everyone was so friendly and helpful!! Great job guys!!"
"AMAZING SERVICE! I had scuffed up 2 of my rims pretty badly. If I hadn't watched the repair happen I would have thought they just replaced the rims with new ones. Amazing work completed in an hour and a half and at an amazing price. If you are in the market for rim repairs, definitely give them a shot. My only regret is that I didn't get all 4 rims repainted!"
