"Him and his family rented the house from me. Whatever you do, RUN from him!!!!!! . He destroyed the property in one year. Damages were over 10k.He removed and stole things from the property. He sabotaged the place by clogging up toilet water tanks, clogged up drain pipe from A/C . He deducted money from rent for appliances that were in working in good condition and bought to his liking. I could not rent the place for a long time because the place was destroyed. Please whatever agreement you have with him and you let him manage your property. RUN!!!"
