".REALTORS- BEWARE! This has been the WORST title company/closing experience ever! Sebastian's assistant, Andrea told me I was "wasting her time" because I asked her a question in regards to proceeds being disbursed. You are working for us and the Seller/Buyer! What a joke! The file was supposed to close on Friday but Sebastian's team told us Friday they were not closing until Monday! So unprofessional and I would never wish this service on anyone! If you want to have a conversation directly with Sebastian- think again! He would not take my phone call- he was always ‘busy’ or ‘in a meeting’ and when I questioned this I was told, “He is an attorney he has more important things to do” WOW!!! It has been an absolute nightmare!"
